Our upgrade comes with sixty minutes of work and in case a certain task is not very time-consuming, we'll add the remaining time to your account. You shall be able to see how many minutes are left in your billing Control Panel and use them anytime you need help again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be purchased at any time, so if you require something to be installed in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up procedure, while if you need help later, you can add it from the hosting server billing area. 30 minutes of custom work are supplied with our Managed Services pack also, but if you need more work to be carried out on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your apps shall be installed and set up in the very best possible way.
