Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux VPS Package is not the simplest assignment in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your home computer, or deploy a third–party solution. Our company offers a much easier alternative with our Administration Services deal. We will make a complete backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be worried about losing critical data. Plus, we can retrieve a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are retained on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux VPS Package, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Administration Services option will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting duties – which means you can basically employ one of our experienced server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any software application whatsoever that you need. Or have him solve a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and is an extra feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
